This page is your go-to spot for everything happening during your Senior Week and the exciting days leading up to graduation. Here you’ll find important dates, event details and updates to help you stay informed and make the most of these final moments together. From special traditions to celebrations with friends and family, we’re so excited to share this meaningful time with you as you prepare for the next chapter.
This is a special event for the senior class that will take place during the activity period on Thursday, April 30. This is a kick off to the “Graduation Season” where they will have the opportunity to reflect on the past four years, celebrating several senior award winners, and formally marking the transition of our graduates from students to members of our alumni community.
Traditionally, seniors select a date near the Senior Ball for their “Senior Day” - a day off campus without classes. The Class of 2026 has chosen Friday, May 15 for their senior day. Parents, please be aware of your senior’s plans because there are no activities or classes for seniors on campus that day.
Note: In-season sports may still have practice.

Any student who currently receives tuition assistance from Saint Francis will receive support applied to their registration for this event. More information will be on the event registration page.
We welcome our seniors for a special dinner with their classmates where they will receive their yearbooks before attending the “Final Final” (senior talent show) before the Senior Sunset. This event is at no cost to students. Year book distribution will begin at 5:30 p.m., dinner will be at 6:15 p.m., followed by Final/Final at 7:00 p.m. and Senior Sunset at 8:00 p.m. on the field.
Join us on campus for a relaxed, drop-in celebration honoring the culmination of your senior’s four-year journey at Saint Francis. Senior Family Night is our send-off; a chance to connect with fellow families, meet the friends who shaped these years, and share stories before graduation. Designed as a casual, open-house style event, the evening will feature yard games, cornhole, spikeball and volleyball, with a DJ setting the tone. Food will be available from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the endzone. Seniors, parents, grandparents, and siblings are all welcome — come by anytime, and celebrate this milestone together.
Seniors will meet on the stadium field at 10:15 a.m. and will be directed to their assigned seat for graduation. We will go through important information for graduation day, practice both the recessional and processional, and distribute students’ caps, gowns and stole at graduation practice along with their graduation tickets. This is a mandatory event for all seniors.
Hey seniors - ready for one final night of fun together as a class? Our senior class will celebrate their special “grad night” event the evening of May 21st at Great America. The park will be reserved just for our seniors, with an evening of rides, games, dancing as well as dinner. You do not want to miss this last event with just the senior class!

 The Baccalaureate Mass marks the beginning of our Commencement Exercises for our students and their families. This liturgy which honors the Class of 2026 will be held on Friday, May 22 at 6:00 p.m. in the Quad. All seniors and members of their family are invited to celebrate four years of community and prayer at Saint Francis High School. Seniors should dress in semi-formal attire and wear their graduation gown (no soles or caps). We encourage families of all faith traditions to join us for this important liturgy. Baccalaureate Mass will have lyrics, readings, and responses for all to pray, and participants will hear a reflection from a senior graduate about the impact of Holy Cross education.

| Graduation — Sat, May 23 |
 Saturday, May 23 is Graduation Day! The graduation ceremony will take place in Ron Calcagno stadium and every graduate will receive four tickets for field level seating, with open seating (no ticket required) in both sets of bleachers. Students will receive their four tickets for field level seating at graduation practice on Thursday. Graduates will report to the Quad at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 23. Please note that graduation will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the procession starting at 8:45 a.m. The commencement ceremony begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. and should conclude by 11:30 a.m. Here are a few important details for graduation:
